“Passion for Vintage Fashion, a special fundraising event benefits the Junior League of Las Vegas’ public program at its historic Morelli House, was held on Saturday, March 10, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 861 E. Bridger Avenue.
The purpose of the collection is to enhance the Morelli House Public Program’s interpretation of Antonio and Helen Morelli’s mid-century life style in Las Vegas between l954-1972, during Antonio Morelli’s career as the orchestra leader at the Sand’s Hotel Showroom in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The collection represents women’s upscale clothing that might have been worn by Helen Morelli and her friends reflective of the Morelli’s high economic and social status in the community and Antonio’s position of influence and involvement in the entertainment industry in Las Vegas.
The collection includes dresses, suits, coats, hats, handbags, costume jewelry, and other accessories."
